As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You take primary responsibility for monitoring our network components as well as for preliminary analyses and the independent handling of change and incident tickets.You introduce new systems and solutions in the network environment and work closely with our Senior Infrastructure Architect.You design, plan, and implement modern Zero Trust–based network infrastructure technologies.You develop and document technical designs for new hardware and software solutions.You evaluate new and alternative technologies and provide well‑founded recommendations to support our corporate objectives.You create admin guides and ensure a structured handover of new or modified solutions to the operations teams.You advise internal IT teams, actively manage knowledge, continuously develop existing services, and coordinate external partners and service providers.You support the onboarding of new colleagues, including apprentices, students, and interns, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. What makes you stand out You bring several years of experience in network administration or network engineering, particularly with Zscaler, Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco, and Cisco Meraki.You have in‑depth knowledge of current network and security technologies.You have experience in designing and operating complex enterprise networks.Ideally, you have experience managing external service providers.You think analytically and independently solve complex technical challenges.You enjoy knowledge sharing and working as part of a team.You stand out through strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
